5. Force Control

The ability to adjust muscle strength precisely is an important factor for the putting movement. In particular, it is difficult to apply small or larger amounts of force due to the challenging nature of applying the requisite degree of fine motor control.  Regulating the force needed to reach the hole by increasing one's attention to the precision of distance is a sound practice strategy. Through the use of long-term structured practice interventions, I will help refine your neural efficiencies and show how power functions are calculated and predicted to improve your distance control.
